متطلب الإسعافات الأولية

In Senegal, taking a child outside their family runs through family placement and legal guardianship (kafala), overseen by the ministry responsible for the family and the courts; alongside these, traditional confiage remains, largely informal. Conditions cover healthy housing, sufficient resources and good health; no text explicitly names first aid, but a current first-aid and CPR certificate from a recognized organization is commonly expected so carers can respond to injuries, choking or cardiac arrest.

Approval and follow-up rest with social services and, where relevant, the judge, who assess the home and the family's capacity. A first-aid certificate is one element of readiness — kept current — in addition to the assessment, and never a substitute for the expected parenting skills.
